TYPES OF THERAPY SERVICES

Whether this is your first experience with therapy, or you're a pro around your CBTs and DBTs, it's always a good time to start and it's never too late.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is one-on-one therapy that can offer insight about current or past traumas that shape intrusive thoughts and unwanted behaviors. Individual therapy also provides evidence-based, objective feedback and guidance for problem solving and decision making. I use a variety of theoretical techniques to meet your individual needs.

Individual therapy consists of 60 minute video sessions via a HIPAA compliant telehealth link that you can access with your own device.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy, including marriage counseling, can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions provide a supportive, "safe" place to discuss issues and achieve mutual solutions to better strengthen your relationship.

Couples therapy is also for those seeking guidance with uncoupling and recoupling; this is that stage when we're either trying to figure out if this is going to work or how to find closure amicably and with respect.

Couples therapy consists of 60-90 minute sessions, usually weekly or biweekly. In couples therapy, all partners must be present for the sessions (some mutual exceptions apply).

Family or Group Therapy

Family and group therapy can include any social group, including family members, friends, even roommates. Group therapy offers an objective, safe environment for those seeking to improve communication skills and process trauma and issues that are buried and difficult to discuss without facilitation and guidance.

Family/ group therapy consists of 60-90 minute sessions, usually weekly or biweekly. In family or group therapy, all parties must be present for the sessions (some mutual exceptions apply).
